Our Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product, and in the interests of personal hygiene safety, we cannot accept returns on an opened or used product. 

However, if you have ordered by mistake, or simply changed your mind and would like a refund, we are happy to accept a return on an unopened, sealed, unused product.

The Distance Selling Directive gives all consumers the legal right to cancel a purchase and receive a full refund including delivery costs (even after taking delivery) within 7 days of making any purchase online.


Our Returns Policy is fully in line with the Distance Selling Directive law and consumers legal rights: All customers are welcomed to return unused personal hygiene goods within 7 days of purchase, for a full refund.

Damaged goods? If the goods received are not as described, damaged or unusable for any reason, we may not require you to return the goods, and may simply replace or refund, so please inform us before returning.
